Warranty & Support

• All accounts come with Full Warranty unless otherwise stated.,
• Replacements are only provided if the method is still working. If the method is patched, no replacement or refund will be issued.,

— Usage Rules (Must Follow to Keep Warranty)

• Do not delete any emails from the Yopmail inbox linked to the account. Doing so will void your warranty.,
• Do not change the account’s email. Changing it will lead to immediate warranty loss.,
• Do not change the account’s country/region. Warranty will be void if you do so.,
• Do not remove the Premium plan from the account. This action will cancel your warranty.,
• No warranty for accounts with explicit content blocking enabled.,

— Replacement Process

• To request a replacement, you must provide:,

• Your Invoice ID
  • The email/username of the non-working account,

• No Invoice ID = No Replace or Refund,
• Replacement time can range from 1 hour to 7 days, depending on availability and verification.,

— No Warranty Situations

• If Spotify does a mass revoke or ban wave, we do not offer replacement or refund in such cases.
